Job description
Step into the role of Director, Infrastructure Excellence at TailorCare, where you will oversee the strategic direction for SRE and operational governance with a focus on hands-on technical leadership. Your position will encompass managing the Infrastructure & SRE scorecard and engaging directly with executive leaders on performance metrics. Initially, intensive hands-on work with Terraform and leading incident management will pave the way for team growth and governance impact. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and compliance continuously. Key Responsibilities: • Develop reproducible environments through Infrastructure as Code • Control observability practices across diverse platforms • Create and test disaster recovery strategies • Ensure integration stability for Salesforce and telephony • Build an effective on-call rotation and incident response Requirements: • Over 10 years in relevant technical fields with seniority • Recent involvement with AWS and Terraform • Proven capability in developing and mentoring teams • Experience with observability frameworks • Familiarity operating in a regulated environment Become a cornerstone of infrastructure excellence at TailorCare, driving reliability and operational improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
