Job description
Adecco recrute actuellement un(e) gestionnaire de comptes expérimenté(e) à temps plein afin de soutenir la croissance des activités dans le secteur du transport et de la logistique. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion des relations avec des clients clés, de l'identification de nouvelles occasions d'affaires et de la mise en œuvre de solutions à valeur ajoutée adaptées aux besoins de transport des clients.
Ce poste convient parfaitement à un(e) professionnel(le) des ventes stratégique, axé(e) sur les résultats, qui évolue avec aisance dans un environnement dynamique et qui aime bâtir de solides partenariats tout en contribuant à la croissance des revenus.

Responsabilités :
  • Gérer et développer les relations avec des clients clés
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de croissance pour les comptes existants
  • Identifier de nouvelles occasions d'affaires (prospection, appels à froid, développement de pipeline)
  • Atteindre les objectifs annuels de revenus et de tarification alignés sur les objectifs de l'entreprise
  • Collaborer avec les équipes des opérations pour optimiser l'offre de services et la capacité
  • Promouvoir l'ensemble des services de transport et de logistique
  • Résoudre de manière proactive les enjeux de service en collaboration avec les équipes internes
  • Élaborer des prévisions mensuelles précises (revenus et volumes)
  • Diriger les négociations contractuelles, renouvellements et discussions tarifaires
  • Surveiller les tendances du marché et les activités concurrentielles
  • Promouvoir une forte culture de santé et sécurité auprès des clients
  • Assurer la conformité aux exigences de rapports internes et normes de sécurité
Qualifications et compétences :
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en ventes ou marketing, idéalement dans le transport ou la logistique
  • Expérience en gestion de comptes majeurs et en négociation contractuelle
  • Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en administration, marketing, commerce, finance ou domaine connexe
  • Excellentes aptitudes en gestion de relations clients
  • Solides compétences en communication et en négociation
  • Capacité à comprendre les besoins clients et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Esprit analytique, sens critique et aptitudes en résolution de problèmes
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs priorités et à respecter les délais
  • Esprit d'équipe avec une approche collaborative
  • Connaissance du transport ou de la logistique ferroviaire (atout)
  • Maîtrise avancée de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Expérience avec des outils CRM et analytiques (Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et organisation
  • Le bilinguisme (français/anglais) est considéré comme un atout*
  • Doit être légalement autorisé(e) à travailler et à résider au Canada
*Ce poste implique des interactions avec des clients ou collègues francophones et anglophones; le bilinguisme est donc privilégié.

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Account Manager to support business growth within the transportation and logistics sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering value-driven solutions aligned with customer transportation needs.

Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow relationships with key customer accounts
· Develop and execute account growth strategies for existing clients
· Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline development
· Achieve annual revenue and pricing targets aligned with company objectives
· Collaborate with operations teams to identify capacity and optimize service offerings
· Cross-sell a full range of transportation and logistics services
· Proactively resolve service issues in partnership with operations teams
· Develop accurate monthly revenue and volume forecasts
· Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions
· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
· Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture with customers
· Ensure compliance with reporting and internal safety standards
Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in transportation or logistics
· Experience with major account management and contract negotiations
· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or related field
· Strong relationship-building and client management skills
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
· Ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
· Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
· Knowledge of transportation or rail logistics services is an asset
· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Experience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI)
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset*
· Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
*This position involves interacting with French- and English-speaking clients (or colleagues), so bilingualism is preferred
