Job description

This internship offers a unique opportunity to support various HR functions within The Drake’s inclusive and entrepreneurial environment. You will assist with the employee lifecycle, help schedule interviews, and maintain HR databases. This role is perfect for those with a passion for human resources and the hospitality industry looking to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist with the recruitment process and post job openings • Help schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers • Support onboarding activities and offboarding processes • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and training

Requirements: • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field • Strong interest in human resources and hospitality • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented and organized for multitasking • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
