Job description
CARTE International is seeking a skilled CET Electrical Tester in Winnipeg to ensure the functionality of transformers. Support our Test Department with your expertise in evaluating single and three phase transformers.

Join CARTE International, a leading manufacturer of transformers in North America. As a CET Electrical Tester, you will conduct detailed tests according to specifications and customer requirements. Your role involves troubleshooting, preparing reports, and collaborating with engineering on transformer assessments.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform tests on single and three phase transformers • Diagnose issues and prepare detailed test reports • Troubleshoot and resolve winding/wiring errors • Inspect assembled units for quality assurance • Maintain cleanliness and comply with safety protocols

Requirements: • Electrical technologist program completion or equivalent • CTTAM certification eligibility as a CET required • Proficiency in reading blueprints and specifications • Experience using electrical tools and performing physical tasks • Must be certified forklift and overhead crane operator
