Position Overview In Toronto, our Urban Adventures tours bring the energy of the city to life – from hidden neighbourhood gems and incredible global food scenes to the stories that make the city one of the most vibrant and diverse in the world. This is a contracted role that runs until approximately October. The tours last about 3 hours, and the pay for each tour ranges from $120–$129 (depending on the specific tour), plus gratuities. The role involves providing additional administrative support (approx. 5 hours per week), stepping in to cover tours when other guides are unavailable, and assisting with handling any on‑ground customer issues or escalations.

Excellent communication skills with individuals and groups

Qualifications

Excellent communication in English, and ideally one other local language

Strong customer service experience and ability to develop rapport with a broad range of travellers

Ability to manage trip budget and handle sums of money

Map reading skills and a good sense of direction

Additional Skills & Attributes

Willingness to work flexible hours according to the group's needs

Current First Aid and CPR Certificates recommended

Role may be subject to mandatory child safeguarding checks where required
