Job description
Join Insight Pest Solutions as a Junior Technician in Beauport, QC, and immerse yourself in a hands-on role helping homeowners tackle pest issues. Work independently outdoors while developing valuable skills in the pest control industry.

The Junior Technician position offers a full-time, permanent role at Insight Pest Solutions. You'll conduct inspections, diagnose pest problems, and provide effective treatment solutions while maintaining relationships with clients. This job allows you to gain experience in a growing industry with opportunities for overtime and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities: • Inspect homes for pests and entry points • Diagnose issues and apply effective treatments • Complete detailed service reports • Educate customers about pest prevention • Build strong customer relationships and represent Insight professionally

Requirements: • Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record • Ability to lift/carry 30 lbs of equipment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to learn and obtain a Pesticide Applicator License • Positive attitude and reliability
