At Elmer's, we aim to equip farmers with innovative farm equipment for over 40 years. As a Sandblaster, you'll sandblast metal parts, manually handle materials, and maintain a clean workspace. Key Responsibilities: • Sandblast metal components in preparation for paint • Handle raw materials using hoists and manual methods • Clean and organize work area effectively • Assist in various tasks as needed
