Job description
Elevate guest experiences as a Housekeeping Room Attendant with InnVest Hotels. In this role, you'll maintain cleanliness and service excellence in guest areas across our diverse hotel portfolio.

As a Room Attendant at InnVest, you will contribute to superior guest satisfaction through meticulous room cleaning and customer service. This position emphasizes teamwork and communication with various hotel departments to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include managing cleaning requests and maintaining supplies in alignment with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards • Provide genuine assistance to hotel guests during their stay • Maintain and replenish supplies on the room attendant cart • Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as required • Update supervisors on cleaning progress and repairs needed

Requirements: • Experience in hotel cleaning or customer service preferred • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends • Strong organizational and time management skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
