Job description
Join Sunterra as a Meat & Seafood Team Lead, focusing on product quality and customer service excellence. This role combines hands-on meat preparation with strong team leadership capabilities.

In this leadership position, you will oversee a team responsible for meat and seafood operations, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and delivering a memorable market experience. You will manage recruitment, training, and performance while creating a respectful and results-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Cut, debone, and prepare meat and seafood products • Guide team members in achieving operational excellence • Engage customers with flavorful product knowledge • Curate appealing displays to enhance the shopping experience • Ensure accurate recording of inventory and compliance

Requirements: • 5+ years in meat cutting or culinary roles • Leadership experience of 1–2 years is required • Certification in meat cutting preferred • Knowledge of sanitation and food safety • Physical ability to manage lifting and standing tasks
