Job description
Elevate store experiences as a Visual Merchandiser with Home Depot. Drive innovative merchandising strategies, enhance visual presentations, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer engagement.

Home Depot is looking for a visual merchandising expert to lead initiatives in-store. This role requires developing communication strategies and collaborating with merchandising and other departments to execute visual merchandising projects. You will focus on creating compelling visual displays that enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities: • Partner with various teams to implement merchandising strategies • Attend product line reviews to align cross-functional goals • Collaborate with US and Mexico Visual Merchandising teams • Construct proof-of-concept bay sets for review and rollout • Identify new fixtures and improve existing designs

Requirements: • 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Proficient in Windows, PowerPoint, and Excel • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively
