Join The Drake Hotel’s vibrant team in Toronto as a Barback. We seek energetic food and drink enthusiasts who are eager to create unique experiences for our guests.

This Barback role demands an individual with 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume setting. You'll ensure a welcoming environment, maintain stock levels, and oversee cleanliness in work areas. A commitment to collaboration and continuous learning in hospitality is essential to thrive in this role alongside like-minded professionals.

Key Responsibilities: • Create a warm and welcoming experience for guests • Maintain stock levels and polish glassware as needed • Monitor cleanliness and organization of work areas • Perform general cleaning and closing tasks as assigned

Requirements: • 1-2 years of barback experience in a high-volume environment • Energetic and active approach to daily tasks • Strong communication and multitasking abilities • Eager to develop food and beverage knowledge • Flexible availability for various shifts
