More About The Role Customer Service Representative onsite in Mississauga, Canada with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
Identify project stakeholders and determine needs and expectations for lighting orders.
Establish clear set of project goals; prioritize demand, sequence of activities and a detailed schedule to meet customer requested delivery dates.
Coordinate with various functional groups to manage changes and change notices (i.e. quotes, sales, supply chain and operations).
Provide ongoing monitoring and communication of deliverables to various project stakeholders at distributor and end‑user locations.
Escalate/communicate, as needed, regarding supply chain delays.
Perform additional duties, as necessary, to support the Canadian business operations.
More About You
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related field.
2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
Excellent technical aptitude, interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively interact with customers via multiple channels.
Solid work ethic, flexibility and a desire to actively contribute to the success of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience highly desirable.
Proficiency in French and prior experience working with electrical products, distributors, and/or contractors is an asset.
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
Eligibility requires legal permission to work in Canada and travel within North America, without additional sponsorship support from Signify.
Salary and Benefits Salary:
55,147 - 73,530 CAD
