Job description
Become a Community Support Aide at our Community Management Center (CMC). This role involves assisting clients through various support services while emphasizing interpersonal skills and community knowledge.

This position requires a high school diploma and one year of pertinent experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication abilities, an understanding of community services, and the capacity to work well within a multidisciplinary team. Essential skills include critical thinking, report writing, and excellent listening skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist targeted clientele with community service access • Write clear, concise reports as required • Establish positive interpersonal relationships with clients • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team • Carry out additional tasks as required by management

Requirements: • High school diploma with one year experience • Basic knowledge of CMC services and community resources • Fluent in Cree and English; French is an asset • Adaptable, autonomous, and accountable • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
