As a full-time or part-time Guest Service Attendant, you will be the welcoming face of Casino Rama Resort, ensuring guests receive outstanding service and assistance with their requests. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with luggage, parking vehicles, and escorting guests to their rooms while maintaining professionalism and service etiquette at all times.

Key Responsibilities: • Greet all guests warmly and professionally • Provide valet services, including vehicle inspections • Assist guests with luggage and room access • Maintain the flow of traffic, ensuring safety • Respond to service requests swiftly within 15 minutes

Requirements: • Outstanding customer service experience required • Valid Ontario Class G2 driver’s license needed • Ten years driving experience required • Ability to lift luggage up to 50 lbs • Knowledge of rGuest is an asset
