Job description
Helical Pile Solutions is hiring a Team Lead for Business Applications in Calgary, emphasizing Microsoft 365 solutions. Lead a dedicated team while overseeing solution delivery and project management.

This key role requires someone adept at both technical analysis and team mentorship. You will guide your team through prioritization and demand management while ensuring efficiency in application support. Your involvement will be crucial in managing relationships with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coach the Business Applications team • Define standards and oversee service delivery • Gather and document requirements for solutions • Direct application support and incident handling • Ensure security compliance in implementations

Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years in business analysis or application management • At least 5 years in a leadership role with technical teams • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint • Strong stakeholder management capabilities • Desired certifications: CBAP or PMI-PBA
