Job description
Join Roots as a Sales Associate in Mississauga, Ontario, where your ability to create positive customer interactions will shine. Deliver exceptional service and foster customer relationships daily.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be essential in promoting core values and maintaining high retail standards. Candidates must have retail experience, especially in apparel, and the ability to connect with customers. Bring your upbeat personality and presentation skills to create an inviting shopping atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities: • Engage customers with exceptional service • Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system • Maintain merchandising standards and store organization • Resolve customer issues effectively at the store level • Ensure compliance with loss prevention guidelines

Requirements: • Retail experience preferred in apparel • Skilled in building customer relationships • Strong presentation and communication abilities • Positive and self-driven attitude • Understand retail operation concepts
