Job description
Become a key part of Safeway’s team as a part-time Meat Cutter in Terrace, British Columbia. Engage with customers while preparing quality meat cuts and providing excellent service.

Safeway is seeking a skilled part-time Meat Cutter with retail meat cutting experience and knowledge of various cuts. Your role involves displaying superior customer service, cutting meat products, stocking, and maintaining merchandise displays. You will receive specific training to ensure compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Cut and prepare meat products for customer display • Provide superior customer service at all times • Stock various meat products on shelves • Maintain compliance with Safeway's merchandising programs • Clean and sanitize your work area regularly

Requirements: • Previous retail meat cutting experience preferred • Ability to communicate clearly with customers • Flexible hours including evenings and weekends • Motivated and team-oriented work attitude • Knowledge of safety practices in meat handling
