Job description
Intégrez la Banque du Canada comme Superviseur Expert en Application de la Loi dans un cadre hybride. Mettez à profit vos compétences en conformité et évaluation des risques pour optimiser le système de paiement.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable des enquêtes sur la conformité et de l'analyse des systèmes de paiement. Vous évaluerez l'efficacité des fournisseurs et superviserez leur enregistrement. Chaque recommandation d'outils de conformité sera essentielle pour garantir le respect des mandats législatifs.

Key Responsibilities: • Mener des enquêtes sur les non-conformités potentielles • Collaborer avec des experts pour des recommandations sur les outils de conformité • Évaluer l’efficacité des fournisseurs de services de paiement • Superviser l'enregistrement des fournisseurs de services de paiement • Appliquer des sanctions administratives si nécessaire

Requirements: • Minimum de 6 ans d'expérience pertinente • Diplôme en droit, finance, ou domaine connexe • Connaissance des processus de conformité et de réglementation • Excellentes compétences d'analyse et de synthèse des données • Bilinguisme français/anglais exigé
