Job description
Kick-start your roofing career with Flynn as a Roofer Apprentice. Focus on the installation, repair, and replacement of commercial roofing systems on various building types while receiving paid training.

Flynn, North America’s leading trade contractor, seeks an enthusiastic Roofer Apprentice to work on commercial roofing projects. You will install versatile roofing materials like TPO, EPDM, and PVC while enhancing your skills. Daily responsibilities include vapor barrier installation and precise cutting of roofing materials.

Key Responsibilities: • Install and replace commercial roofing systems such as TPO and EPDM • Apply vapor barriers and insulation layers on roof decks • Cut roofing paper to size and secure with fasteners • Seal roof seams to ensure waterproofing • Learn and apply safety protocols on job sites

Requirements: • No prior roofing experience necessary, training provided • Interest in commercial roofing techniques • Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather • Ability to learn quickly and work as a team • Strong attention to detail in all work
