Job description
Become a Retail Area Support Officer, ensuring safety and security across flexible locations. You'll deter theft and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a vigilant presence.

As a Retail Area Support Officer, your primary mission is to secure multiple retail locations. This mobile role demands flexibility in shifts and coverage, allowing you to exhibit strong observational skills while managing challenging situations professionally. Your ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, will aid in ensuring customer satisfaction and safety across the stores.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain a strong security presence to deter risks • Conduct regular patrols ensuring vigilance and safety • Monitor CCTV and respond to suspicious activity • Carry out searches according to legal guidelines • Complete incident reports accurately and on time

Requirements: • Right to work in the UK • Valid SIA Licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding • Strong attention to detail and observational skills • Proven ability to manage challenging situations • Flexibility to work across multiple locations
