Job description
Elevate your accounting career with Ventana Special Projects as a Project Accountant. Focus on full cycle accounting, financial reporting, and contract management in a dynamic construction environment.

This role involves overseeing financial processes for multiple projects, ensuring timely reporting, and managing costs and revenues. With at least 3-4 years of construction accounting experience, you will prepare budgets, forecasts, and billings while utilizing software like Sage 300 CRE. Effectively communicate with Project Managers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and support the overall team.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee budgeting and month-end project reporting • Prepare and manage client progress billings • Monitor A/R, A/P, and GL activities • Ensure accuracy of financial reports for project managers • Handle vendor payments and reconciliation tasks

Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field • 3-4 years of construction accounting experience • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
