Job description
Become the face of CBRE as an Administrative Receptionist, providing exceptional service to clients and visitors. Engage in tasks from greeting to scheduling and ensuring seamless office operations.

In this pivotal role within the Workplace Experience function, you will enhance the client experience by greeting visitors and managing communications. You'll be responsible for setting up meeting rooms, organizing supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will contribute to our commitment to excellence at CBRE.

Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist clients, issuing visitor passes • Direct incoming calls to appropriate staff • Schedule and set up meeting and conference rooms • Track packages and arrange messenger services • Perform general clerical tasks including ordering supplies

Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of experience • Strong organizational skills and basic math abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office products • Effective communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to follow defined procedures closely
