Job description
Lead a skilled team in silviculture at Spectrum Resource Group for the 2026 spring season. Participate in forest management and ensure safety in a hands-on role.

Spectrum Resource Group is seeking a Silviculture Crew Lead with expertise in vegetation management. This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations, motivating team members, and managing logistics. Candidates should have 2-3 years of forestry experience and a commitment to safety and productivity in diverse terrains.

Key Responsibilities: • Complete payroll and production tracking duties • Ensure safety through equipment maintenance and inspections • Plan logistics and inspect team production • Motivate team to reach their full potential • Lead camp setup and maintenance tasks

Requirements: • 2-3 years of forestry-related experience • Valid B.C. Class 5 Driver’s License • Previous supervisory experience preferred • First Aid certification is an asset • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
