Job description
Step into the role of Plant Manager at SupremeX, specializing in hands-on leadership for manufacturing operations in a dynamic environment. Focus on safety, efficiency, and workforce development.

You will be responsible for leading daily manufacturing processes, working closely with your team to enhance production capabilities and solve operational challenges. This is a practical role suited for leaders who excel in fast-paced production settings and prioritize safety and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and mentor to staff.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and enhance multi-shift manufacturing operations • Monitor and act on key operational metrics • Foster a strong safety culture and adherence to policies • Coach and develop supervisors and production staff • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and efficiency

Requirements: • 10+ years leading in manufacturing environments • Proven track record in operational leadership • Strong understanding of performance metrics • Comfortable working on the production floor • Experience with Lean practices a plus
