Job description
Launch your finance career as a Junior Clerk in a part-time capacity with Federated Co-operatives Limited at the Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, SK. This on-site role emphasizes collaboration and attention to detail.

As a Junior Clerk, you will play a key role in support of Accounts Payable by managing invoices and ensuring their accuracy in collaboration with project teams. Your responsibilities will include preparing journal entries and performing various accounting tasks, fostering a culture of inclusivity and support.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage invoice intake for timely processing • Ensure accurate matching of invoices to purchase orders • Assist in resolving discrepancies with suppliers • Prepare journal entries as necessary • Perform assigned accounting duties including data entry

Requirements: • 3-6 months of accounts payable experience beneficial • Grade 12 with relevant Financial Accounting education • Excellent communicator and team collaborator • Ability to multitask in accounting functions • Comply with safety-sensitive employment guidelines
