Job description
Become a key player at Gestal North America as an Industrialization Project Leader for the A220 FALs in Mirabel, Quebec. Your expertise will drive improvements in assembly processes and project management.

In this role, you will manage large-scale industrial projects for the A220 program while collaborating with both Mirabel and Mobile assembly lines. Your focus will include defining industrial strategies, contributing to manufacturing plans, and leading change initiatives. You will ensure project success through effective resource management and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop industrial strategies for final assembly lines • Lead critical improvement projects for assembly cycle times • Prepare and present status updates to management • Implement digital solutions for A220 activities • Engage diverse teams throughout project phases

Requirements: • Degree in engineering or aeronautics • At least 10 years of relevant manufacturing experience • Strong project management and influential leadership • Excellent organizational skills under pressure • Bilingual in French and English for communication
