Job description
Join Voyageur Aviation Corp. in North Bay, Ontario, as a Cost Compliance Analyst. This key role involves ensuring data accuracy and resolving invoice discrepancies in a collaborative environment.

Reporting to the Director of Supply Management, this position plays a crucial role in repair costing and compliance. You'll engage with Procurement and Finance teams while maintaining a high standard of organizational integrity. Essential skills include advanced data integration, compliance monitoring, and problem-solving abilities to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities: • Validate part prices and customer approvals for accuracy • Correct discrepancies related to financial and operational data • Generate reports for internal costing and vendor performance • Manage vendor relations and contract negotiations • Lead discussions to clarify contractual compliance

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred • At least 1 year of relevant experience in invoicing or purchasing • Proficient in ERP systems and Excel for data management • Understanding of financial reconciliation and cost accounting • Strong analytical and communication skills
