Job description
Lead operational excellence as the Customer Services Manager at APEGA's Service Centre. Drive high-quality Tier 1 services across multiple channels while fostering a supportive and service-oriented culture.

In this pivotal managerial role, you will oversee service delivery, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. APEGA seeks an experienced leader adept at coaching and developing teams while aligning service operations with strategic goals. Your role will be crucial in enhancing registrant experiences across various service channels.

Key Responsibilities: • Monitor service performance against KPIs • Analyze data to identify service enhancement opportunities • Provide insights to senior leadership regarding service trends • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery • Lead and develop the Customer Services team

Requirements: • 7-10 years in supervisory roles in customer service • Experience in regulatory or public sector environments • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong project management skills • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office
