Job description
Join St. Boniface Hospital as a Housekeeping Unit Support Worker in Winnipeg. Contribute to maintaining a clean environment while adapting to various cleaning functions and safety guidelines.

This position, located in the Housekeeping Department, requires working in-person and includes shifts on weekends and days. Under supervisor guidance, you'll execute cleaning services across the hospital, ensuring adherence to WHMIS guidelines. A commitment to excellent patient care is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform diverse cleaning functions throughout the hospital • Follow Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System guidelines • Maintain confidentiality while working independently • Adapt to fast-paced cleaning environments • Interact professionally with staff and patients

Requirements: • Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent • Proficiency in English: reading, writing, speaking • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs/11 kgs • Prior experience in a similar role is an asset • Current satisfactory Criminal Records Check required
