Job description
Lead transformative Learning and Development initiatives at Precision Drilling. In a hybrid environment, you’ll enhance employee skills through innovative programs that support organizational goals.

The company seeks a Learning and Development Manager to advance their high-performance strategy. Your role will encompass managing the Talent Management team and engaging with leadership to ensure alignment with company priorities. You’ll create and deliver tailored learning experiences that focus on performance management and leadership growth across various teams.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the design and implementation of learning strategies • Encourage sustained development through engaging workshops • Partner with business leaders for effective training alignment • Customize learning content for varied operational needs • Manage project delivery using effective technology

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Organizational Development • 5+ years in Learning and Development roles • 3 years of leadership experience • Proven communication and training skills • Proficiency in HRIS and digital learning tools
