Job description
Become a vital part of Komatsu as a Factory Technical Representative for MC51 in Lively, Ontario. This onsite position focuses on troubleshooting and optimizing equipment performance in underground mining environments.

In this role, you'll work closely with the MC51 Hard Rock Continuous Mining product team, handling both mechanical and electrical systems. Your key contributions will include assembling prototypes, providing training to users, and offering critical design feedback to enhance product performance. With a focus on collaboration, you will ensure that equipment meets specified operational standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Assemble and commission the MC51 Hard Rock machine • Inspect and conduct comprehensive functionality tests • Train users in operating and maintaining the machine • Troubleshoot faults promptly during underground operations • Document technical performance and maintenance records

Requirements: • Technical degree in mechanical or electrical engineering • 3+ years of related experience in the mining sector • Willingness to work varying shifts • Miner site medical clearance necessary • Legally authorized to work in Canada
