This full-time position is tailored for candidates with over five years in automotive sales and a passion for leadership. In this role, you will coach and motivate your team, oversee sales strategies, and cultivate exceptional customer service. Your expertise in communication, team building, and CRM systems will be key to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: • Monitor performance metrics and coach Sales Consultants • Support team in closing sales and negotiating deals • Address escalated customer inquiries and concerns • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and industry trends • Report sales results to dealership leadership

Requirements: • 5+ years automotive sales experience • Strong leadership and coaching skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems • Valid driver's license with a clean record
