Job description
Elevate Sazerac's sales strategy in Canada as the National Sales Director. Influence key partnerships and drive growth in this impactful leadership role across the beverage industry.

Sazerac is seeking a National Sales Director to spearhead its operations across Canada. The ideal candidate will possess extensive sales leadership experience within the consumable or beverage sectors. You will build vital relationships with retailers, distributors, and liquor boards, guiding teams toward achieving growth targets while navigating the complexities of a high-growth market.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead national sales strategy driving growth across multiple channels • Cultivate relationships with retailers and distributors to enhance performance • Develop and execute commercial plans focusing on KPIs and priorities • Drive innovation from concept to execution in sales initiatives • Utilize market insights to influence decision-making and performance

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 15+ years in sales leadership within the Canadian beverage industry • Proven experience with retailer and distributor partnerships • Ability to lead in complex, high-growth environments • Experience in financial planning is preferred
