Job description
Make an impact in the power industry as a Project Controls Specialist - Scheduler at PTAG in Pickering, ON. Leverage your Primavera P6 expertise to drive project excellence.

PTAG, a leading Project Management Advisory & Services firm, is seeking a Scheduler to support complex initiatives. This role requires collaboration with industry leaders while managing detailed schedules for refurbishment projects. If you have 5+ years of experience and a background in large infrastructure, especially in regulated sectors like nuclear, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop detailed schedules using Primavera P6 • Integrate internal and contractor schedules for a master IPS • Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule risks • Perform updates to reflect actual progress and changes • Generate regular progress reports and KPIs for stakeholders

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Engineering or Project Management • 5+ years of scheduling experience in large projects • Proficient in Primavera P6 and project controls systems • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Ability to work on-site with security clearance eligibility
