Job description
Elevate your career with Lids Sports Group as a Retail Sales Associate. This role focuses on generating revenue through exceptional customer service and product expertise in a vibrant retail environment.

At Lids, our retail salespeople embody the passion of our brand. The position demands strong interpersonal skills to connect with customers and effectively meet their needs. You will be vital in maintaining store presentation, engaging with shoppers, and promoting our product lineup.

Key Responsibilities: • Achieve revenue growth through exemplary customer service • Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards • Manage inventory and assist with product counts • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers • Adhere to retail policies and guidelines

Requirements: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally • Capacity to stand and walk frequently on shift • Familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems • Legally authorized to work in the United States
