Job description
Shape the future of Hershey brands as a Category Strategist focusing on Walmart Canada, using data-driven insights to foster category growth in a hybrid environment.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 6 years' experience in the CPG sector with a focus on category or vendor management. This role emphasizes developing actionable growth strategies in partnership with Walmart and requires skillful communication and analytical expertise to drive category success. You'll work closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead strategic category growth initiatives for Walmart Canada • Serve as a vendor advisor for assortment and seasonal trends • Oversee annual planning and category assessments • Analyze data to guide merchandising decisions • Ensure effective seasonal strategy execution

Requirements: • At least 6 years in insights/business, CPG preferred • Background in Category Management required • Exceptional analytical and communication skills • Influence across cross-functional teams • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational experience
