Role Description All-Risks Insurance Brokers Limited is seeking a full-time Account Executive for an on-site role at our Woodbridge, ON location. This position will be 100% commission based.
The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, and managing client accounts. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, offering suitable insurance products, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely renewals. The role also involves proactive client outreach, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering strong relationships with insurance partners.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship management skills to build lasting client partnerships
Experience in sales, financial advice, or business development, particularly within the insurance or financial services sectors
Knowledge of insurance products and services, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in using technology and software for client management and communication
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse client needs
Relevant certifications in insurance or financial services are a strong asset
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented in achieving sales targets and goals
