Job description
Join Tesla as a Parts Advisor and play a pivotal role in our service operations. Focus on sourcing parts, inventory control, and enhancing customer satisfaction day by day.

In this Parts Advisor role, you'll be instrumental in supporting Technicians and maintaining service excellence at Tesla. Your responsibilities will include sourcing parts, monitoring inventory, and collaborating across departments. Embrace a challenging and rewarding team environment while honing your skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Source parts from various locations for service needs • Oversee inventory monitoring and update communication • Ensure preparation of appointments in the system • Process warranty returns and internal orders • Escalate parts-related issues for resolution

Requirements: • Strong communication skills and relationship management • Team-oriented mindset with proven organization • Familiarity with MS Office and task handling • Valid driver's license and state licenses as required • Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform essential duties
