Job description
Lead your team as a Retail Store Supervisor in a bustling retail environment. This on-site position requires supervising staff, assigning duties, and managing inventory effectively.

With 1-2 years of experience needed, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of 3-4 individuals while ensuring smooth operations in sales and customer service. Your role includes authorizing payments, ordering merchandise, and preparing detailed sales reports to enhance store performance.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate activities of retail staff • Assign duties to sales workers effectively • Authorize merchandise returns and payments • Maintain inventory and order merchandise as needed • Resolve customer complaints and supply issues

Requirements: • Completion of secondary school education • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail • Own transportation for commute • Bondable for security clearance • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
