Job description
Make a difference as a Community Inclusion Worker with Pacific Coast Community Resources. Support individuals’ journeys toward personal growth and community integration within a compassionate framework.

As a Community Inclusion Worker, your mission will be to empower those seeking inclusion in various aspects of community life. Collaboratively implement their individual service plans and ensure their voices are heard. Your advocacy will enhance their social, vocational, and volunteer opportunities while promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities: • Advocate for the individual’s choices and rights • Coordinate and facilitate community-based activities • Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders • Keep detailed records of health and activity • Implement effective behaviour management strategies

Requirements: • Grade 12 education or equivalent credential • At least 2 years of related experience • Valid BC Driver’s License and vehicle insurance • Current First Aid/CPR and Food Safe certifications • Criminal record clearance for working with vulnerable clients
