Job description
Join White Cap as an Inside Sales Associate and be part of a vibrant team that values building trust with every customer interaction. Engage effectively to boost sales and enrich client relationships.

This role centers on the entire sales process, focusing on identifying customer needs and providing suitable product recommendations. You will process orders, manage transactions, and ensure continuous support throughout the sales journey. Emphasizing trust and dependability, you’ll play a critical role in customer experience at White Cap.

Key Responsibilities: • Research and respond to customer inquiries effectively • Identify potential up-sell opportunities during conversations • Foster strong relationships with clients • Process and complete customer orders efficiently • Generate new sales opportunities through outreach efforts

Requirements: • HS Diploma or GED preferred • At least one year of sales experience • B2B sales experience, preferably in construction • Knowledge of construction materials and fasteners • Ability to use software for order management
