As a Torrid Sales Associate, you will provide the Torrid Connection to every customer through genuine engagement, ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.

What You’ll Do

Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty

Operate the register while using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add‑on sales

Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends

Cover the sales floor and help ensure all visual standards are met

Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop

What You’ll Need

Previous sales or customer service experience (a plus)

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while remaining focused on creating an excellent customer experience

Fashion‑focused and up‑to‑date on current trends

Physical Requirements

Able to stand and walk during scheduled shifts

Able to pack, unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs

Able to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieval poles, shoe poles, etc.
