Job description
Join The Erb Group as a Facility Maintenance Worker, performing essential building maintenance tasks. This position ensures cleanliness and safety across all terminal areas while working Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will assist in maintaining The Erb Group's facilities in New Hamburg, Ontario through various maintenance duties. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, performing repairs, and supporting the terminal's operational needs. Close collaboration with the Terminal Manager and other employees ensures that all safety standards are met and upkeep is maintained.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct inspections and document identified issues • Perform general maintenance tasks as per guidelines • Assist in repairs of equipment and tools • Maintain cleanliness on terminal grounds and facilities • Support yard personnel in equipment maintenance

Requirements: • At least one year of experience in facility maintenance • Ability to handle physical workloads and lifting • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Possess a valid driver’s license • Familiarity with basic computer operations
