Job description
Take charge as a Refrigeration General Foreman in Fort McMurray, combining field leadership with technical authority. This full-time role supports career growth with competitive wages.

Randstad Canada is searching for a dynamic Refrigeration General Foreman to lead teams in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor technicians, utilize ERP systems for efficient operations, and build strong client relationships. Ideal candidates include experienced leaders or Journeymen ready for advancement, emphasizing accountability and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities: • Guide manpower scheduling and field operations • Act as the technical mentor for teams • Track work orders using smart platforms • Maintain quality and client advocacy • Ensure adherence to safety regulations

Requirements: • Red Seal Refrigeration Ticket required • Experience in supervisory roles preferred • High maturity and emotional intelligence • Proficient with technology and software • Must clear drug and alcohol testing
