Job description
Head the Sales Enablement efforts for North America at Manulife as AVP. Define strategies to optimize CRM tools and enhance the sales experience for your teams.

As the AVP of Sales Enablement, you will take ownership of the North America strategy, implementing comprehensive tools and programs that empower sales teams. Collaborating with multiple departments, you will ensure a seamless CRM experience while tracking the effectiveness of AI-driven initiatives and methodologies. Your role is vital in enhancing productivity and sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the strategy for CRM and AI-enabled sales tools • Ensure Salesforce platform improvements and adoption goals • Drive end-to-end enablement initiatives and training • Manage key vendor platforms for better engagement • Use metrics to prioritize enablement projects effectively

Requirements: • 8+ years in sales enablement or CRM leadership • Proven ability to facilitate change in sales functions • Skilled in vendor management and operational governance • Strong leadership across cross-functional teams • Excellent communicator with executive presence
