In this role, you’ll oversee audit initiatives, ensuring they meet internal and external standards. You’ll provide thought leadership to management, assess emerging trends, and improve operational efficiency. Your role directly impacts risk management and team collaboration. Key competencies required include audit program development, stakeholder communication, and risk assessment.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development and execution of audit programs • Conduct L1 reviews and sign-off on audit documentation • Facilitate discussions and reporting with stakeholders • Analyze trends to inform senior management • Manage cross-functional relationships and compliance mandates
Requirements: • Undergraduate degree required • 7+ years of relevant auditing experience • In-depth knowledge of audit processes and regulations • Excellent leadership and communication ability • Capacity to manage concurrent audits efficiently
