Job description
Drive financial operations as the Canada Business Controller at Armacell, overseeing financial planning, analytics, and compliance. This full-time role focuses on mentorship, strategic partnerships, and optimizing performance.

In this leadership role, you will manage financial reporting, oversee budgeting, and ensure compliance with Canadian tax regulations. Your expertise in accounting will guide our operations while fostering strong relationships across the supply chain and with key stakeholders. Collaboration with the plant manager and regional teams is crucial to achieve corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage financial project schedules and annual budgeting processes • Lead monthly close and financial reporting for Canada • Mentor and train the Canada Plant Finance Team • Analyze departmental budgets to minimize costs and enhance profits • Collaborate with supply chain teams on financial insights

Requirements: • CPA in Accounting; master's in finance preferred • 12-15 years accounting experience in manufacturing • Knowledge of Canadian tax law and legal reporting • Strong communication and analytical skills • Proven track record in process transformation
