Job description
Be the welcoming face at Sun Retreats Sherkston Shores as a Gate Attendant. This seasonal full-time role involves greeting visitors and managing entry processes to enhance guest experience.

As a key member of Sun Retreats, you will engage with a variety of guests and ensure smooth access to the community. Your responsibilities will include collecting visitor information and logging any unusual occurrences for safety. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are essential to provide memorable service to residents and prospective buyers.

Key Responsibilities: • Greet and direct all visitors and prospective buyers • Collect guest information and forward to sales office • Log unusual occurrences daily for community safety • Distribute promotional materials to potential guests • Monitor and report maintenance issues as necessary

Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED is required • Basic computer proficiency for logging information • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Flexible to work events outside regular hours • Valid driver's license required
