Job description
Elevate healthcare design with HDR as a Health Planner 2 in Toronto, Ontario. Contribute to architectural projects while translating clinical needs into effective planning solutions.

In this full-time role, you will provide planning, design, and coordination support on various healthcare projects. Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree in Architecture and a minimum of 6 years of experience in the healthcare A/E industry. Responsibilities include preparing architectural drawings and leading user group meetings, all while applying your knowledge of Canadian healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop architectural drawings and space plans using CAD and BIM • Translate clinical needs into clear architectural layouts • Participate in user group planning meetings and workshops • Coordinate planning with architects and engineers • Research Canadian healthcare guidelines for best practices

Requirements: • Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent • 3+ years as health planner with A/E background • Proficiency with BIM software like Revit • Strong communication and leadership skills • Detail-oriented with a self-motivated attitude
