Job description

In this premier role within the Strategic segment team, you will partner with large enterprises across key industries like Manufacturing and Retail. Your extensive experience in technical account management will facilitate the adoption of Okta features and improve customers' security postures.

Key Responsibilities: • Establish deep technical partnerships with clients • Develop innovative identity strategies that align with business goals • Manage escalations and complex problem resolutions • Share insights and engage in thought leadership initiatives • Guide and support team members in best practices

Requirements: • Over 8 years of industry experience, including 3+ years as a TAM • Strong background in identity and access management • BA/BS in relevant fields or equivalent experience • Okta Certification or similar credential • Excellent leadership and communication skills
